At MORGOVA we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn\u2019t quite right, we are here to help.<\/p>\n\n

Please review our return and refund policy before placing an order.<\/p>\n

1. Returns<\/p>\n

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.<\/p>\n

To be eligible for a return:<\/p>\n

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.<\/li>\n
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.<\/li>\n
  • Items must show no signs of wear, damage, stains, or alterations.<\/li>\n
  • Proof of purchase or an order confirmation is required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    MORGOVA reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.<\/p>\n

    2. Non-Returnable Items<\/p>\n

    The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except where required by applicable law:<\/p>\n

    • Sale or discounted items marked as final sale.<\/li>\n
    • Limited-edition pieces marked as final sale.<\/li>\n
    • Gift cards.<\/li>\n
    • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      3. Refunds<\/p>\n

      Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval or rejection.<\/p>\n

      If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5\u201310 business days after approval.<\/p>\n

      Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.<\/p>\n

      Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or otherwise required by law.<\/p>\n

      4. Exchanges<\/p>\n

      We currently do not offer direct exchanges.<\/p>\n

      If you would like a different size or style, please request a return for your eligible item and place a new order.<\/p>\n

      All exchanges or replacement requests involving defective or incorrect items will be handled individually.<\/p>\n

      5. Damaged or Incorrect Items<\/p>\n

      If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.<\/p>\n

      Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item.<\/p>\n

      We will review your request and arrange an appropriate solution at no additional cost when the issue is confirmed.<\/p>\n

      This timeframe does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.<\/p>\n

      6. Return Shipping<\/p>\n

      Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise.<\/p>\n

      We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as MORGOVA cannot be held responsible for return packages lost in transit.<\/p>\n

      Please contact our customer support team before sending any items back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.<\/p>\n

      7. Order Cancellations<\/p>\n

      Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.<\/p>\n

      Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, eligible items may be returned in accordance with this policy.<\/p>\n
